.DISCUSSION...LATEST WATER VAPOR IMAGERY AND H3 HEIGHT FIELD SHOW
A CYCLONIC NORTHWEST FLOW ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA. EMBEDDED WITHIN THE
FLOW ARE A SERIES OF SHORTWAVES. THE MAIN SHORTWAVE FOR TONIGHT WAS
LOCATED NEAR JAMESTOWN WITH LOCAL RADAR SHOWING SOME LIGHT
SNOW/FLURRIES IN THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY. THIS IS HANDLED WELL IN
THE CURRENT FORECAST...AS WELL AS THE OTHER SENSIBLE ELEMENTS.

THE NEXT SHORTWAVE WAS SEEN OVER EASTERN ALBERTA...AND THIS IS
FORECAST TO REACH WESTERN AND SOUTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. WILL LIKELY SEE AN INCREASE IN CLOUDS AND PERHAPS SOME
FLURRIES...BUT NOTHING MORE THAN THAT.  

.AVIATION...VFR CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL 
NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH THE TAF PERIOD. LIGHT WESTERLY WINDS OVERNIGHT 
WILL INCREASING TO 10-15 KNOTS BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
